Upon request Catalyst will provide “Configuration Services” - proposed designs - at no additional charge to assist in our Business Partners’ responsibilities for configuring and installing a system for the environment in which it will be used. In providing these Configuration Services Catalyst gives no assurance as to the compatibility of the existing hardware's vintage with the new products included in the proposed design. It is solely the responsibility of the Business Partner to check for any minimum vintage issues and to obtain replacements if required. While Catalyst believes the advice rendered is correct, the Business Partner must independently verify the configuration and its suitability. Catalyst also provides a pricing tool – COPILOT – to assist in obtaining pricing for proposed designs. COPILOT is intended to be an indicator of then current pricing, but all pricing is subject to change and final pricing must come from the Catalyst sales representative.

Regarding both Configuration Services and COPILOT, Catalyst makes no warranties and assumes no obligation or liability for the advice given or results obtained. In no event shall Catalyst's liability exceed the amount of fees paid by the Business Partner for either the "Configuration Services" or for the use of COPILOT, as applicable.

Support Note:

If the support is an annual contract, then the price you see listed is the payment for the first year. For example, a contract of type _ADV_3YR_AN is a 36 month contract that will bill in 3 annual payments. The first billing occurs on the first day of the second month after the software order is closed by Avaya. For aftermarket additions to the software application, support will commence on the first day of the month following the software order closure. Pricing for subsequent years of multi-year contracts (36 or 60 month) or co-termed contracts are not reflected and will need to be calculated manually.
