JITC Certification: A special version of the Avaya Communication Manager has been certified by the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) for Small End Office (SMEO) that helps to ensure interoperability and provides support for Multi-level Precedence and Pre-emption (MLPP), which is required of all communication systems serving US Department of Defense and certain government contractors.
