After a thorough planning and design phase, integration is the next step. For many customer engagements, we have simple implementation packages, for others with complex environments, we can do custom implementations. We also have program managers and the ability to provide you with one of our consulting experts on a longer-term basis, if that fits your needs (Expert Resource Services).
- We provide you with a choice of several implementation options to fit your needs and budget:
- Industry Standard implementation is an entry-level package that provides project management, solution analysis, design, testing, installation, and other basic implementation support to get you started. This package helps to ensure that your customer will have a functional system while controlling their implementation budget.
- Full-Service implementation provides all the services of the Industry Standard Package plus more differentiated services, which may include assessments, station and mailbox creation, installation, training, and help desk support.
- Premium Service implementation provides all the capabilities of the Industry and Full-Service Packages plus additional value-added services, which may include reporting, complex routing/networking, third-party vendor engagement, and more. This package offers the highest level of support for more complex system implementations and end-user services.
- For complex, multi-site installations, the Avaya Global Program Management practice provides customers with a high skill coordination function along with the experience of thousands of successful implementations.
- When your requirements entail integrating Avaya applications with your other communications applications and/or with your business applications, Avaya has the integration expertise within our Consulting & Systems Integration practice to make that happen.
