Contact your Catalyst BD territory representative at 800.790.2029. Your dedicated BD rep will work with you to prepare your company for the Avaya Connect authorization process.

STEP 3

Apply to Become an Avaya Partner.

Avaya is ready to deliver the solutions, training, tools, programs and resources you need to close more business and exceed customer expectations. Avaya is looking for established organizations with dedicated sales, technical and marketing resources.

Things to know before you apply in order to expedite the process:
• Have your business identification numbers ready (Chamber of Commerce ID, company tax ID, VAT)
• Please ensure you select the box indicating you have a preferred distributor and enter Catalyst Telecom. Doing so will expedite the application process.
• Be sure to accept the Avaya terms and conditions and provide the names and roles of key contacts in your company.

STEP 4

Getting started with us is easy. Just follow the steps below to gather the required documentation and contact us accordingly. All you need is:

1. A customer application, which you can download or complete online.
2. A copy of your state Reseller Certificate or a completed Multi-jurisdiction Form.
3. Financial information to be determined based on credit limit request.

Your BD rep will introduce you to one of our Catalyst Telecom Business Development onboarding experts that will guide you through the Avaya certification and onboarding process. You will also be assigned a dedicated inside sales representative that will assist you with day-to-day needs.
