DOA Policy:
If the product is DOA, the reseller has 30 days from the date of invoice to return to Catalyst Telecom. Once the reseller contacts Catalyst for a return authorization number, Catalyst will then issue a replacement unit to ship out to reseller’s designated location.
Warranty:
Manufacturer warranty is one year from date of Catalyst Telecom's invoice to the reseller.
