The Catalyst Services Team can help you process AGS Hardware Maintenance agreements and AGS Implementation engagements. We have special group mailboxes set up to accept requests and can provide both firm quotes and contracts that can be signed. The request process starts with the completion of our request form. There are separate forms for Maintenance and Implementation requests. The forms can be found on this Catalyst Services website.
Maintenance Quote Request:
- Complete the Catalyst Maintenance Request Form
- Provide all the necessary Avaya reports so that we can give you an accurate quote. Our user-friendly Services Request Form will alert you, via pop-up windows, as to what reports are needed by Catalyst to process your unique quote based on your input when filling out the form.
- Provide the ASD configuration file in Excel format (Catalyst Design Team will assist)
- Send everything via email to GetAvayaMaint@CatalystTelecom.com
Implementation Quote Request:
