Guest Information
If you would like to bring a spouse/guest to the conference, there is a guest fee of $600. Upon the registration of your guest, you will be contacted regarding your options for payment. Guests will have full access to hotel amenities and are invited to all planned meals and activities. Additional guest activities are the responsibility of the attendee. Please note that all meals, meetings and activities are for adults only.

Guest fee cancellation policy: The guest fee for the 2009 conference is $600. Cancellations prior to Friday, April 17, 2009 will receive a full refund of their guest fee. Cancellations received between April 17 and April 25, 2009 will be charged a $200 penalty. Cancellations received after April 25 will not be refunded.
